Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients:

30gr butter

200ml thickened cream

200gr gorgonzola cheese crumbled

200gr parmesan cheese


Enough for 4 people

 

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a non stick fry pan

  2. Add cream and gorgonzola, bring to the boil while stirring gently

  3. Allow the sauce to thicken a bit and then add the parmesan, it will thicken a bit more and serve with pasta
