Ingredients:
1 serves of potato gnocchi per person
100 grms of Gorgonzola per person
Method:
Make the potato gnocchi dough
Put on a pot of salted water to boil
Get out the gorgonzola and make tiny balls of cheese
Roll out the gnocchi dough as you would normally. Take a gnocchi, put a dint in it and stuff the gorgonzola ball in. Fold the dough around it, pinch and roll
Cook like you normally would gnocchi
