Serves lots!
Ingredients:
1 red capsicum - remove centre
1 green capsicum - remove centre
1 jalapeno - remove stem
1 clove of garlic
2 gerkins of your choice
1 brown onion - peel and quarter
1/2 cup of pickle brine
fresh dill - a couple of sprigs
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Add all of the ingredients into your food processor and use the "chop function".
Or, you can finely dice everything and put it into a bowl and stir in the pickle brine.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve as a dip, or salsa.
